We would love to learn more about your travel plans and offer a complimentary 30-minute consultation to discuss your trip and do some pre-planning. To start the trip planning process, we do charge a planning fee of $297. Longer or more complicated itineraries may be at a higher cost.
The fee is our cost to put together an exceptional trip based on your desired goals. We plan your flights, airport transfers, accommodations, tours, and special experiences. We’re available by cell phone during your trip should you encounter any issues. We work for you.
If you’ve found a wonderful deal online, we encourage you to book it. As your travel advisors, our goal is to create a tailored vacation experience for you within your budget. We don’t offer a service that will reprice an itinerary at a lower rate.
Yes. There are options to pay for your trip. A non-refundable deposit is due for every trip we plan. Once the deposit is made, the final payment is due between 60-75 days before travel. You can make payments any time before the final payment date.
Travel Questions
It depends on where you’re going. International travel should be booked at least six months in advance. However, popular experiences can sell out a year in advance as do the best suites and villas. As a rule of thumb, the more time you allow for planning, the better your trip will be.
Maybe. It depends on where you’re traveling from and where you’re going. We recommend using a tool like Sherpa to research travel requirements to your destination.

In our opinion, if you are a frequent international traveler, Global Entry is a must. With Global Entry, you won’t spend hours in line getting back into the US. If you aren’t a frequent international traveler, consider using the Mobile Passport Control (MPC) app. It’s an app created by the US Customs & Border Patrol to help expedite entry into the US. Using the app may reduce your wait time.
Yes. TSA PreCheck will often save you time getting through airport security. According to the TSA website, most travelers spent an average of 5 minutes in airport security. Learn more about TSA PreCheck.
Yes. The unexpected happens. If you can’t afford to lose the money you’ve paid for your trip, travel insurance can help you recover costs should you need to cancel for a covered reason. Coverage can also assist you if should become ill or have a medical emergency while traveling. Lose your luggage and need to buy clothes or toiletries until it arrives? Travel insurance may reimburse some of your costs. There are many reasons to add travel insurance to every trip.
There are a few cruise lines that don’t require it. However, we DO NOT recommend cruising without a passport. Should you need to disembark the ship at a port outside of the US, you won’t be able to fly home without a US passport. Don’t take the risk. Travel with a US passport for every cruise.
Great question. For a domestic flight, our rule of thumb is 2-hours before boarding time. For international flights, a minimum of 3 hours before flight departure. But please do review the airline’s guidelines on when to arrive as it may differ with each airline.
